My name is Rodrigo, my wife and I recently decided to start again the process of buying our first house. The first time we had gone through another group of people that where supposed to be helping us with the process but we had decided to cancel everything with them and even risked losing money because they were not professional and where just interested in making their money. We came upon Laura and Mario as they where recommended from a family friend. They where on top of everything that was to be done and where very interested in finding a house simler to what my wife wanted. They where always on top of the new properties that came out on the listing and if we where interested in seeing one they would make an appointment and we would be able to go see that house right away. Laura was a pleasures to work with. Very knowledgeable and exceeded our expectations. We know she took the time to make sure our home was priced accurately. She made suggestions that I’m so glad we agreed upon in order to add more value to our home. The process was the easiest, she made sure we were in the loop with everything down to the smallest detail. Having relocated to a different state, we were able to sign all documents electronically and even had a notary travel to our home. Her responsiveness was excellent! Not one question went unanswered and calls were always returned in a timely manner if she was not available. We were ecstatic with the end results! Very very very impressed by her negotiation skills and would absolutely use her again in the future! Not only is Laura excellent at what she does, we were so impressed at what a big heart she has and how she gives back to the community. Looking forward to working with her again soon!
